These are very good barbless hooks. Great quality steel, a shape that holds fish very well, and an affordable price. The 7216 is good for lighter wired nymphs or bushy or foam dry flies where you want a heavier wire.
Note: Orientsun labels this hook a dry fly only hook but it can be used for lighter wire nymphs.

I used and really liked the OS 7224, but since it only went down to size 16 and I wanted an 18, I tried this 7216. Same general shape, just a little lighter wire that seems VERY resistant to bending, and maybe even sharper. I really like this hook.
I like this hook for smaller perdigons or lightly weighted euro nymphs. If i'm tying something heavier I prefer the 7224 as it's a little more durable. This hook is also a great dry fly hook. I've used it for little CDC patterns such as shuttlecocks and also standard hackle patterns.
