Like Semperfli's 18/0 nano silk, this thread is a slightly thicker and also virtually unbreakable micro gel-spun thread. It doesn't come cheap but you won't find a better thread you crank down with but also still use it on small flies. Make sure to use it with ceramic bobbins.
