A nice strong thread with no stretch. Perfect for tying my smaller sized nymphs.

Uni 8/0 is best for when 6/0 is too much, which is often if you tend to crowd the head of your flies like I do. Uni is a woven thread with little stretch which is great for all sorts of flies and thread positioning is better than with flat threads.
